Before you even have an emergency situation, you should have already done your homework. Meaning, you should already have information where these service centers are.

Thus, it is very important that the company only hires qualified technicians. Only those certified technicians deserve the spot. Some people once they have tried the service of a garage or a dealership service center and were satisfied when they first went in, would go there always for any problems of their car until they encounter problems with the service of the establishment.

You know these people so there should be no problem approaching them for information. You can go to the places that they go to when they are having problems with their car. It is good to receive recommendations from people you know and trust.
