There are others who have mustered up their self confidence and esteem when they are in front of a monitor and holding a microphone. When you try to analyze it, this is always a better choice for people who are shy instead of facing the crowd of people.

As it is a very good means of entertainment, you can safely say that it has the capacity to relieve stress. Music does that to you. Even when you are just listening or humming along, you forget that you have tons of things to think about which is the usually the reason for the stress accumulation in your system.

One of the things that you can suffer because of too much stress are heart problems. Others have heart diseases and hypertension because they tend to live everyday ruled by stress. This is not very healthy. Taking your mind off things is more effective when you are enjoying yourself.
